REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Delegates can register online to attend either the Scientific or the Lay People conference by clicking here. We will process your registration and a confirmation letter and invoice/receipt will be emailed to the email address entered on the registration form.

Included in the above fees:

• Access to the opening cermony and welcome reception.
• Access to the Conference.
• Access to the Lay Group Seminar.
• Access to Social Evening Friday.
• Access to Drinks Reception and Gala Ball.
• Morning tea/coffee & afternoon tea/coffee on all days of the conference.
• Mid-day lunch on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
• All conference materials to include:
  • Conference Manual incorporating book of abstracts.
  • Conference bag.
  • Certificate of attendance.

Day Delegates Health Professionals and Lay Delegates can avail of single day attendance for single days only from Friday 31st October to Sunday 2nd November 2008. Fee covers morning & afternoon tea/coffee, mid-day meal, all conference materials including conference manual, conference bag and cetificate of attendance.

Accompanying Person Includes access to the opening ceremony/welcome reception, social evening and dinner on Friday, drinks reception & gala dinner on Saturday night and mid-day meal on Sunday.

Method of Payment
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or bank draft, electronic bank transfer, company cheques and Euro cheques must be drawn on an Irish bank. Bankers drafts must be free of charge to the receiver, drawn in Euro on an Irish bank and made payable to Conference Partners Ltd. If bank charges are incurred the delegate will have to pay these before registration. Please note that reservations will not be confirmed until full payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy for Registration Fees

1 night accommodation charges will be retained for accommodation cancelled after 15th July 2008 and 2 nights will be retained for accommodation cancelled after 1st August 2008.
